An interview about coloring + creativity
Last year while on my beach vacation, I created most of the drawings for my coloring journal that was released last fall. Fast forward to today … I was just interviewed by the local paper, The Island Packet, about my book and creativity! One of my best cheerleader/friends set it up. Link to the video and print article coming later today or tomorrow. Link to purchase the coloring journal here. To celebrate, I’m taking $5 off each copy through July 4th! Talk about things coming full circle … #CelebratingTheCreativeJou
#celebratingthecreativejourney with music
Spent 3-1/2 days at a music festival. I’d never done anything like that before. Ever. Spent time in shady spots drawing, listening, eating and even a little shopping. Saw bands I had never heard of before. Even danced a little. Did *lots* of people watching. It was like Halloween and Mardi Gras all rolled into one. When I was sitting on my fabulous beach blanket with art supplies all around me, several people asked to see what I was doing. Two people even asked if they could draw in my book. Of course I said yes.
